We are searching for a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern.

The mission of our Learning and Development Intern is to operationally support:

• The management of our e-learning platform, the tool that enable us to reach with our training contents all our Franchisees networks and our Master Licensees all over the world
  
• The design of the Training activities at Global level
  
• The measurement and tracking of the main L&D performance indicators
  
  

The candidate, part of the Global L&D team, reports to the L&D Vice President and will work closely with the Instructional Designer, black belt of our e-learning platform, and a Training Manager in charge for the L&D of our Master Licensees network.

Main learnings:
Our L&D intern will:

• have the possibility to see the process of training of an international, structured, fast-growing company, from the Design to the Local roll out.
  

• learn how a modern digital learning platform works from the inside prospective.
  
• handle a database
  
• extract and analyze information
  
• understand the process of data migration
  
• approach to Articulate 360
  
  

Requirements:

• Advanced in English (C1)
  
• Comfortable with Excel and Power Point
  
• Motivated and energetic person
  
• tech-savvy educational enthusiast
