Learning &Development Intern

The mission of our Learning and Development Intern is to operationally support:
-
The management of our e-learning platform, the tool that enable us to reach with our training contents all our Franchisees networks and our Master Licensees all over the world
-
The design of the Training activities at Global level
-
The measurement and tracking of the main L&D performance indicators
The candidate, part of the Global L&D team, reports to the L&D Vice President and will work closely with the Instructional Designer, black belt of our e-learning platform, and a Training Manager in charge for the L&D of our Master Licensees network.
Main learnings:
Our L&D intern will:

have the possibility to see the process of training of an international, structured, fast-growing company, from the Design to the Local roll out.

learn how a modern digital learning platform works from the inside prospective.

handle a database
-
extract and analyze information
-
understand the process of data migration
-
approach to Articulate 360
Requirements:
-
Advanced in English (C1)
-
Comfortable with Excel and Power Point
-
Motivated and energetic person
-
tech-savvy educational enthusiast
