Job Description
Your to do list:
- Support the Investment Team in the coordination of activities between Media Controller Team (10 people located in India/Mauritius) and Local Media Agencies.
- Based on monthly digital media spent, make sure of proper costs uploading in the administrative invoicing tool.Create and process work orders on the invoicing tool, associating detailed supplier cost.
- Download media spending reports by client from tech platforms. Identify detailed cost structure.
- Manage large excel databases, provide detailed reports by client and supplier.
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on Programmatic investments for internal and intercomany purposes both.
- Help create policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment between Media Agencies, Administration, Finance, PMX.
Qualifications
If in your past experience:
- Master Degree in Business Administration
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Great analytical thinking skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented
- Organized and multi-tasking
- Attentive to an high quality and accurate work
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues from various teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities
- Passionate for numerical analysis.
