About the role

We are currently looking for a talented candidate in Finance Department as Overhead Controller Specialist, responsible for the Planning Processes (Budget/Forecast) of the Overheads and for the Sales Force Incentive Plan that will be assigned.
The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, with the following responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of Budget and Forecast process

• You will maintain the sales force incentive cost

• Monthly / year end closures and financial data

• Constant cost monitoring, cost center analysis, scenario gap analysis

• Monthly and periodic reporting to stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Successfully completed Business Management studies

• 2-3 years of experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to deal with expert business referents

• Analytical mindset

• Proactive attitude, high level of autonomy in driving deliverables to execution

• FMCG experience is a plus

IT Skills

• Strong knowledge of the MS Office package (mainly Excel & Power Point

• SAP CO, other SAP modules

• HR applications (BI HRSP)

• Group reporting tools (HFM/Essbase)

Languages

• Fluent in English
