British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Own e Commerce & 3rd Parties Executive in Rome.
As a Online 3rd party platforms Italy Executive in our team you will have the opportunity for a first-hand experience working in a multinational company, with a dynamic team in an excellent working environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute hands-on experience to the entire e-Retailers operations ecosystem, utilizing tools and channels like Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, e Bay, Glovo, among others.
- Support and coordinate the optimization/maintenance of product catalogue on e-Retailers in agreement with End Markets & Areas and Co-drive and coordinate Amazon operations from a Regional and Pan-EU perspective, focusing on performance optimization.
- Develop & execute a robust strategy for SEO Optimization, aiming BAT products to grow in Organic Relevance within e-Retailers.
- Identify Marketplaces data needs and develop new online reporting and monitoring solutions to optimize performance and track e Retailers KPIs.
- Execute data-based strategies to enhance conversion utilizing e-Retailers conversion tools and lead all the ecommerce in Italy for specific category aiming at growing and improving e-commerce sales
- Work closely with the agency to improve the business behaviour, page in terms of number of clicks, improve the customer experience, adapting global contents to local ones
- Channel strategy including promotion management and stock analysis, also analysis of data for reporting purposes (critical metrics, targets, etc.)
- Co-management of Digital Advertising insights from different coordinated sources and daily use of digital analytic tool and support in the implementation of Digital Editorial Plans
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field
- A Master’s degree is considered a plus
- 1-2 years operational experience in e-commerce operations and knowledge on main e-commerce and digital metrics
- Successful execution of online trade strategies and strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong English language skills
