Procurement Specialist - Maternity Cover

Purpose of Position: The aim is to ensure the consistent and informed management of purchasing activities and related administrative processes to cover the absence of a colleague on maternity leave.
Description of the main activities / responsibilities:
  • Purchasing of materials for the office
  • Administration
  • Back-office activities:
  • Contracts lifecycle management and data entry
  • Statistics and reporting preparation
  • Powerpoint presentation
  • Front-office activities:
  • Negotiations of certain packaging materials
  • Indirect services and products scouting and buying
Requierements:
  • Education: High school diploma
  • Professional Skills: knowledge of principal negotiation methods.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience in purchasing or similar roles (administrative)
  • Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory. A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Behavioural Requirements: Precision and attention to details, organizational skills, communication skills, multitasking.
