Activities / responsibilities:

• Back-office activities
• Collaborate with the Operations department for the production commissioning activity in relation to orders.
• Coordinate the shipping activities of the goods by managing customer requests in relation to the availability of the product and the shipping activity by the internal and external warehouse.
• Manage the customer information service for order details.
• Monitor the progress of orders.
• Coordinate the contact between the customer and the Quality office to manage any complaints.
• Handling incoming calls to assist clients and receive orders from customers and enter them into the system.
• Keep relations with customers

Requisitions:

• Education: High school Degree/Degree in Food Science and Technology or Economics
• Professional Skills: Excellent communication skills and knowledge of freight forwarding process and related documentation (plus).
• Experience: Experience in the role or similar is preferred

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory
