Per la nostra sede di Perugia ricerchiamo un professionista da inserire all'interno del nostro team di Corporate Tax che, nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Analisi delle problematiche inerenti l’imposizione diretta domestica e consulenza continuativa a società di capitali;
- Pareristica relativa a questioni di fiscalità internazionale (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc.);
- Analisi del trattamento fiscale di operazioni di gestione straordinaria (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, etc.);
- Tax due diligence; Tax compliance.
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni presso primari studi nazionali o internazionali e/o società di consulenza;
- Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza o Economia con voto a partire da 100/110;
- Pratica professionale già iniziata o abilitazione all’esercizio di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
- Master in diritto tributario;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
- Buone capacità organizzative, spirito d’iniziativa e capacità di problem solving; Flessibilità e dinamicità.

For our Perugia office, we are seeking a professional to join our Corporate Tax team. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing issues related to domestic direct taxation and providing ongoing consultancy to capital companies;
- Offering opinions on international taxation issues (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc.);
- Analyzing the tax treatment of extraordinary management operations (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
- Tax due diligence;
- Tax compliance.
To be the ideal candidate:
:
- At least 3 years of professional experience at leading national or international firms and/or consulting companies;
- A master’s degree in Law or Economics with a score of at least 100/110;
- Initiated professional practice or qualification to practice as a Chartered Accountant or Tax Lawyer;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Proficiency in the Office suite.
Nice to have:
- Master’s degree in tax law;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Good organizational abilities, initiative, and problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility and dynamism.
