Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as the best working environment in Italy for the seventh year in a row, is looking for a Junior Shipping Officer to join the UNOX Shipping Team.
The ideal candidate is a university graduate with an interest in the world of shipping and foreign contacts who possesses problem solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail and precision.
ACTIVITIES:
- Scheduling and coordinating the loading of trucks and containers
- Booking couriers
- Issuing transport documents for Italian, European and non-European destinations
- Issuing customs documents
- Managing customs verifications
- Managing daily and monthly invoicing
- Organising the transfer of goods for Exhibitions and Service Lab
- Collecting and filing duly signed transport documents
- Managing the return of goods
- Knowledge of the English language
- Previous experience in the sector is considered preferential
