What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Lottery Integration Architecture and in particular the Lottery & Terminals Platform, reporting directly to Lottery Integration Architecture Associate Manager;
- Collaborate with the development team to design, build and maintain applications;
- Work on developing high-quality code that meets business and technical requirements;
- Contribuite to the development lifecycle, including design, development, testing and deployment;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the existing codebase;
- Support the team in ensuring application stability by monitoring production environments and responding to alerts when necessary.
Who you are/What you have:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as Software Engineer;
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and Design Patterns;
- Proficiency with Java 8/17 in Web Environments (JEE) and related technologies;
- Experience with Spring Framework, particularly: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC;
- Familiarity with message brokers such as Apache Active MQ or Apache Kafka;
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools and processes;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- You have expertise in secure code development;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes;
- Familiarity with integration frameworks like Apache Camel or Spring Integration;
- Basic knowledge of Apache Karaf.
