Job Overview:
We're currently looking for a warehouse supervisor for our branch in Milan, Italy.
The Experienced Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse personnel, with a specific focus on truck offloading, ULD breakdown, pallet building, and truck loading. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Fluent in Italian and English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including truck offloading, ULD breakdown, pallet building, and truck loading.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Shift hours are applied and flexible.
- Good welfares according to local labor law.

- Salary range gross amount is not limited. It can be negotiated according to your experience and expectation.
