- Provide system support for Japan WM applications by closely working with regional IT teams
- Support technical queries from end-users by interacting with local business users
- Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- Provide simple and user-friendly communication for all end-user issues
- Enhance production monitoring, issue tracking and problem resolution
- Analyze business requirements, design, test and implement solutions.
Your team
You’ll be working in Japan WMPC Application Support & Reliability team in Tokyo office. We provide the integrated IT support services to the Wealth Management business in Japan. As an Graduate Trainee in Wealth Management Information Technologies, you'll be part of our team and work closely with the cross-functional teams. Our team is global, diverse, and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications and the businesses stable.

Your expertise
You need to be graduating from an university between Sept 2024 and June 2025 and need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

- Educational background in science, computer science, engineering, finance or other relevant field
- Able to code in Shell Script/Java/SQL in Unix, Wintel environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills with a desire to work directly with users.
- Plenty of curiosity about the financial industry and products(general product cycle for trade, settlement, payment, etc)
- Proficient Japanese and fluent English are required (Japan business users & regional IT colleagues).
