Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

・On time delivery to customer: Monitor WIP(work in process) and reflect wafer production status. Shorten manufacturing cycle and have delivery schedule improvement. Detect potential delay and early to reflect the real time status to customer service.
・Meet monthly output goal: Monitor WIP and bottleneck tool performance to make sure output goal can be meet.
・Long-term output planning involves checking demand and capacity with various departments to ensure smooth production under a period of 6-9 months.

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications：
・BCH or Master degree or above, majored at Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Statistics, Computer ・Science, Business Management and Automation Engineering or related fields are plus.
・Capable or fluent for English communication skills both in oral and written.

Preferred Qualifications
・Japanese language N1 is preferred.

支払方法：年俸の1/12を毎月支給
