- „特許出願明細書の作成、出願業務
- „拒絶理由通知書等に対する応答業務（補正書、意見書の作成）
- „担当事業部の特許戦略策定・コンサルティング業務
- „担当事業部の知財契約・営業秘密管理のサポート
- „ボッシュグループ内におけるワールドワイドの知財協力活動
- Draft of patent documents, prosecution work with JPO
- Response to office action (arguments, claim amendments)
- IP consulting, IP strategy for business units
- IP contract, treatment for trade secrets
- Global IP cooperation activity in Bosch IP organization
Qualifications
必須スキル
- "明細書作成及び庁手続きの業務経験
- "機械、電気工学の知識（特に電気、通信関連技術の知識が望ましい）
- "対人関係スキル（コミュニケーション、自己統制、説得力、交渉力）
- "英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（TOEIC700点程度
- "マネージメントの経験
- 弁理士資格
- Experience for drafting a patent document and prosecution work
- Knowledge for mechanical or electrical engineering (in particular, electric and telecommunication knowledge is preferred)
- Mindset of actively and responsibly engaging in Bosch’s business by not only providing specialized knowledge but also proposing practicable solutions
- Communication in English (TOEIC more than 700 preferred)
- experience of management
- Qualification as a JP patent attorney (preferred)
