Concierge/Doorman for luxury residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Duties Include but are not limited to :
Meet and greet tenants and guests at the front desk
Assist tenants with packages in and out of the building/vehicles
Accept mail and packages for tenants and notify them as required
Assist property manager with minor tasks
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude
Maintain a neat/clean lobby and courtyard area
Excellent communication skills are required
Other duties as assigned
