Director of Finance
A global hospitality company is searching for a Director of Finance
Your new company
A global hospitality group with a particularly strong business in the Asian market. They have multiple properties in Japan with further plans for expansion.
Your new role
As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of FP&A and accounting in Japan.
- Oversee general hotel accounting (monthly and annual settlement)
- Team management
- FP&A (budget and forecast preparation, financial analysis, KPI setting and monitoring, support for strategic decision-making)
- Statutory audit support
- English-speaking correspondence with our management team and headquarters
What you'll need to succeed
-
10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Bachelors degree
- Experience managing a team
- More than 2 years working experience in MNC preferred
- Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
