Employee Communication & Relations Specialist
FULL TIME

仕事内容:
1. Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and improve organizational culture
2. Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, email, and social media
3. Ensure effective communication between management and employees, and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, or grievances, as well as establish investigation procedure and mechanism
4. Plan and organize employee events, such as town halls, team-building activities, and recognition programs
5. Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as management teams, HRBP, PR, ECR HQ to align communication efforts and messaging

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in employee communication, employee engagement, employee relations, employee experience, or HRBP related disciplines
3. Excellent in English and Japanese communication
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
5. Knowledge of communication best practices and trends
6. Experience with event planning and project management
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
8. Familiar with Japanese labor law and regulations
9. Excellent facilitation capability in managing communication meeting with large scale audiences online or on-site
勤務時間・曜日:
就業曜日・時間 - 8:30～17:30、ゆくゆくはシフト勤務の可能性あり 7:20～, 19:20～(12時間拘束 2時間休憩)
休暇・休日:
４．Business Holiday - Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays, Vacation regulations：GW vacation, Summer vacation, Year-end and New Year vacations ※Follows the vacation regulations according to the company calendar

１．Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
