アマゾンウェブサービスのプロフェッショナルサービスのEnablement Practice Manager (EPM)は、Early Career Talentの採用育成戦略に責任を持ち、拡大する組織において長期的なコンサルタントポートフォリオを実現します。AWSカスタマーのビジネスニーズおよびPro Serveのビジネス戦略に基づき、中長期的なコンサルタント人材ポートフォリオ戦略を立案し、採用チームと協力してチェンジマネジメントをリードします。ポートフォリオ戦略はMid-Career採用およびECT採用で整合され、短期的および長期的に一貫した採用戦略を実現します。コンサルタント人材戦略を明確にすることで、カスタマーニーズに迅速に対応し、かつニーズを予測したコンサルタントケイパビリティの獲得と強化を実現します。またコンサルタントケイパビリティのシフトおよび協業パートナーとの連携強化により、ケイパビリティの受給ミスマッチを減らし、効果的かつ効率的なリソース配置を支援します。長期にわたりPro Serveビジネス領域と顧客提供価値の拡大を支援します。
AWS Professional Services is a consultancy organization that helps customers succeed from both a business and technology perspective. We support the digital transformation of enterprise customers based on our deep knowledge of AWS services and extensive consulting experience. By closely cooperating with account sales, solution architects, and support teams to promote the use of AWS, we solve business issues and IT issues faced by customers and support their business realization.
Amazon Web Services Professional Services Enablement Practice Manager (EPM) is responsible for early career talent recruitment and development strategies and realizes long-term consultancy portfolios in expanding organizations. Based on the business needs of AWS customers and Pro Serve's business strategies, EPM formulate medium- to long-term consultant talent portfolio strategies, and lead change management in cooperation with recruitment teams. The portfolio strategy is aligned with mid-career recruitment and ECT recruitment to achieve a consistent recruitment strategy in the short and long term. By clarifying the consultant human resources strategy, it is possible to acquire and strengthen consultant capabilities that respond quickly to customer needs and anticipate needs. Furthermore, by shifting consultant capabilities and strengthening cooperation with Pro Serve delivery partners, we will reduce mismatches in demand and supply capabilities and support effective and efficient resource allocation. EPM support the expansion of Pro Serve's business area and customer value over a long period of time.

- Early Career Talentの採用マネージャとして、採用戦略を立案し、ECT採用チームと連携して採用ターゲットを達成する
- Early Career Talentの入社後のEnablementに責任を持ち、Tech UおよびNon Techカリキュラムを推進する
- Early Career TalentのOn the Job Training (OJT)を推進し、ECTのカスタマーデビューを実現する
- Early Career Talent向けNon Tech Enablementカリキュラムを組み立て、推進する
- カスタマーニーズおよびPro Serveビジネス戦略を元に長期的なコンサルタント人材ポートフォリオを立案する
- 人材ポートフォリオ戦略に基づき、Mid-Career採用とECT採用で整合取れた採用戦略を推進する
- 長期的なコンサルタント人材ポートフォリオのチェンジマネジメントを支援する
- 長期的なコンサルタント人材ポートフォリオのシフトに向けてPro ServeパートナーチームおよびShared Deliver Team (SDT) と協力し、Non Core領域のパートナー役割シフトを支援する
- As an Early Career Talent recruitment manager, you develop recruitment strategies and work with ECT recruitment teams to achieve recruitment targets
- Responsible for early career talent enablement after joining the company, and promotes Tech U and Non Tech curricula
- Promote Early Career Talent's On the Job Training (OJT) and realize an ECT customer debut
- Assemble and promote a Non-Tech Enablement Curriculum for Early Career Talents
- Develop long-term consultant talent portfolios based on customer needs and Pro Serve business strategies
- Promote recruitment strategies consistent with mid-career recruitment and ECT recruitment based on human resource portfolio strategies
- Support change management for long-term consultancy talent portfolios
- Collaborate with Pro Serve Partner Teams and Shared Deliver Teams (SDT) for long-term consultancy talent portfolio shifts and support partner role shifts in the Non-Core area
