Regional Solution Field Manager for Cyber Security business - Japan

• Owns, aligns and achieves revenue targets from business perspective
• Acts as empowered regional proxy for the Solution Field head
• Bridges regional sales to global Product Field P&L
• P&L responsible for regional PSS (consulting and service business) segment
• Leads a group of ~14 associates (Security consultants, testing, field application engineers)

資格

• Strong entrepreneurship (seeks for business opportunities and develops the business)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong net worker
• Experience in the field of Embedded SW development in Automotive Domain
• Leadership / People management experience
• Business presentation/communication skill in English
• Native level in Japanese（JLPT;1）
• Know-how in Cybersecurity are a plus
