As Graphic Design Specialist for Eataly North America, you will support the brand creative team in developing pixel perfect work across digital and in-store touchpoints in the Eataly brand ecosystem. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Description
As Graphic Design Specialist for Eataly North America, you will support the brand creative team in developing pixel perfect work across digital and in-store touchpoints in the Eataly brand ecosystem. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and deliver assets for retail, restaurant, and digital communication channels
- Build and maintain organized production files. Collaborate closely with the team to streamline and optimize workflows.
- Work closely with Graphic Design Manager to understand project requirements and successfully deliver work against deadlines
- Problem-solve and adapt to turn around work on tight timelines
- Ensure that all work is on-brand and technically flawless
- Support on print production management as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer at an agency or on an in-house creative team
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite required
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong typographic skills and an eye for composition
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit. You’re comfortable working independently and value the opportunity to proactively identify and develop new projects and workflows
- An enthusiasm for working collaboratively with others
- Ability to multitask and adapt to directional pivots and prioritization shifts
- Experience managing commercial print production, a plus
