Head of Finance
An IT firm that specializes in logistics and supply chain technology is searching for a Head of Finance.
Your new company
A global IT firm with a rapidly expanding business in Japan, which utilises AI and cutting edge technology
Your new role
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with key leaders for preparing financial and strategic plans for various departments and the organisation as a whole.
- Build annual budgets and forecasts for different BUs and directly partner with HQ FP&A team for budget consolidation
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams in relation to demand planning, reporting, productivity, and metrics
- Manage project costs
- Prepare profit estimation at sales quotation stage and advise on profit optimisation
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting)
- 5+ years of Corporate FP&A or Finance BP experience
- More than 1 year working experience in MNC preferred
- Fluency in Japanese and English
