Your new role
As a HR Ops manager, you will be in charge of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, salary review.
You will be working closely with APAC HR team and local stakeholders and manage 1 person under you.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labour laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for management.
- Salary review & Salary survey
What you'll need to succeed
- Over 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Business English
