About the Job:
The Inbound Reservations & Booking Support Officer plays a key role in the operational side of our tours. This position involves managing incoming tour reservations, ensuring smooth communication with both clients and guides, and supporting the logistics of each tour. Your role will help ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless experience, from booking to the tour itself.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the tourism industry is highly preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience using booking systems or CRM software.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with clients, partners, and team members, both over the phone and via email.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing schedules or tour arrangements and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
  • Passion for Tourism: A strong interest or background in tourism, and a desire to help create memorable experiences for travelers.
勤務時間・曜日:
Work Schedule and Hours:
  • Working Days and Hours: This is a full-time position, with 5 working days per week. Standard working hours are 8 hours per day.
  • Weekend Work: One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required each week. On weekends, you are permitted to work from home, with a weekday off provided in exchange.
  • Overtime: Overtime is generally not required but may occur during peak periods or in case of urgent tasks or bookings or team meetings.
  • Work Style: This role is primarily based in our office, but remote work is allowed on weekends.

Weekends and Holidays:
  • Weekends: Employees are required to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week, with the flexibility to work from home on that day. A weekday off will be provided in exchange.
  • Annual Holidays: Employees are entitled to a set number of paid annual leave days, which will be detailed in the employment contract. These days can be taken at the employee's discretion, subject to approval.
  • Special Leave: The company offers a special leave system for significant life events (such as marriage, bereavement, or medical emergencies). Requests for special leave should be communicated to management as soon as possible.

  • Primary Work Location: The main office for this position is located in Kanazawa. Employees will primarily work from this office during standard working hours.
  • Multiple Workplaces: Occasionally, employees may be required to work at different locations for events, training sessions, or meetings. These requirements will be communicated in advance.
  • Business Trips: Employees may have opportunities for business travel to collaborate with partners or attend industry-related events. All travel expenses will be covered by the company, and advance notice will be provided for any trips.

Bus: Several bus routes service the area, providing convenient access to the office. Check local schedules for specific routes and timings.
  • Bicycles and Walking: The office is accessible for those who prefer to bike or walk.
  • Parking: Please note that there is no free parking available for employees in the Tokyu Square area.

  • Contract Period: This is a full-time permanent position with an initial 3-month probationary period.
  • Compensation: Salary is based on experience and skills, and will be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process.
