What is the opportunity?:
We are currently seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager for our key solutions portfolio. In this role you will be part of a growing and highly matrix team in planning and building out and regional marketing programs to support the businesses across the End-User Computing, Multi-Clouds, Virtual Cloud Network, Security and/or Modern Applications portfolio.
This position will be instrumental in driving, influencing and shaping the marketing strategy across the respective solution portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the industry, understand customer problems and pain points, be able to position Omnissa’s point of view , and passionately drive it into the market through building strong integrated GTM programs and execution plans.

You should be a creative, customer focused, self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills who value cross-functional team collaboration in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
This is an individual contributor role and this position will be based in Tokyo, Japan.

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Creation and advocacy of customer stories
- Organization and operational support for customer/partner events and campaigns (both physical and digital)
- Customer/partner communication Localization (project management and business review)
- Social media, e Mail, Blog, (and .com) management and operations
- Mar Tech related operation (CRM, CMS, BI, MA, ABM tools)
- EBC operations
- Others (supplier registration, budget, SOW, etc)
- Engage with stakeholders to educate and lead the organizational transformation into 360 degrees marketing and digital mindset.
What will you bring to Omnissa?:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 or more years of digital marketing campaign management experience including campaign development, media & creative strategies
- Five (5) or more years of Project Management experience
- Experience in analyzing digital/marketing results and optimizing to improve conversion.
- Experience in building Integrated/Digital Marketing plans
- Experience in working in regional role or working with multiple countries
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
- Strong background within IT Security Marketing is essential
- Have some or deep understanding on one or more of the five solutions portfolio mentioned above.
- Deep understanding of owned and paid digital marketing channels, and the full range of marketing techniques, disciplines, and methodologies
- Strong understanding of customer and performance data, with a proven track record of compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing reporting
- Solid teamwork and project management skills while working with partners from each of the marketing disciplines and hierarchy
