【職務内容】

• オフショアチーム（インド・中国）との連携を通じて、ITインフラの導入およびアプリケーション開発プロジェクトを推進する
• プロジェクトを成功裏に完遂させるため、主にコミュニケーション面での支援の形で責任を持つ
• 要件定義・設計・実装・テスト・運用までの全工程における日本側およびオフショア側のプロジェクト管理の支援
• 国内チーム・顧客とのコミュニケーションを取り、要件を正確に理解してオフショアチームに伝達する
• オフショアチーム（インド・中国）からの確認事項や要望を正確に理解して日本側チームに伝達する

スキル・資格

【応募資格】

• IT関連の学士以上の学歴または同等の実務経験
• ブリッジSEまたは類似ポジションでの3年以上の実務経験、または、オフショア開発の複数の経験（チームとのコミュニケーションやプロジェクト管理）
• プロジェクト管理手法を理解し、運用できること
• 基本的なＩＴインフラ（サーバ、ネットワーク、ストレージシステム、クラウドサービス、開発フレームワーク、データベース等）の知識を持っていること
• アプリケーション開発案件でのPMまたはPLでの3年以上の実務経験

【スキルセット】

• プログラミング言語（Java,Phyton,.net C#,など）、Shell各種、セキュアプログラミングなどの知識
• 基本的なＩＴインフラ（サーバ、ネットワーク、ストレージシステム、クラウドサービス、開発フレームワーク、データベース等）データベース（SQL,Non SQL）に関する知識
• アプリケーション開発で使用するツール類（Git,Jenkinsなど）、開発フレームワーク（Reactなど）に関する知識
• 一般的なプロジェクト管理手法 （特にスコープ・スケジュール・品質・コミュニケーション・ステークホルダーの管理）
• 英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• チームリーダシップやメンタリングの経験

【勤務地】

• 東京およびリモート（週2日以上は出勤を推奨）
• 海外オフショアチームとの時差を考慮した柔軟な働き方が求められます
