Japan Sales Manager

- Manage OSM organization in Japan and own the sales growth to meet or exceed the assigned revenue and bookings targets.
- Identify opportunities and drive actions that will accelerate growth and expand OSM product content within key customer base and to improve margins by selling on value
- Provide and execute to deliver on short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop, inspire, motivate, and lead direct reports (sales and technical support teams) ensuring a high level of engagement in delivering strategic, operational and financial objectives.
- Develop strong direct, key customer relationships and establish partnerships with the division HQ and other regional offices to achieve shared business goals.
- Work strategically with other OSM regional leaders to optimize cross selling and key account strategy.
- Provide feedback to management, including monthly reports on sales/market activities & monthly /long-term sales forecasts.
