What you can expect
We are seeking a Japan UCaa S Sales & Business Operation to define, design and drive Zoom’s UCaa S selling strategies in the Japan market. There is an emphasis on Zoom Phone. You will be working with both existing and new customers. You will be providing customers with a UCaa S platform (Cloud PBX services), that meets their telephony and video needs.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in sales or business development
  
• Product Sales (including SE support) experience in the PBX/telephone industry
  
• Experience in identifying and driving the execution of tasks required for business expansion
  
• Fluent Japanese speaker and Business level English (Writing & Reading is highly required)
  
• Experience in telecom carrier business (Sales/SE/Sales Planning)
  
• • Knowledge of laws (Telecommunications Business Law, Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds) and identity verification (KYC and e KYC) related to the provision of telephone numbers and call forwarding services in the Japanese market.
• Business Development/Marketing experience in On-Prem/Cloud PBX in large enterprise segment
  
• Experience participating in product improvement projects necessary for business expansion

• 流暢な日本語と読み書きにおけるビジネスレベルの英語（東京勤務となります）
  
• 事業拡大に必要な製品改善プロジェクトへの参画経験

• テレコムキャリアでのキャリアビジネスご経験者（営業/SE/営業企画）
  

• 日本市場での電話番号、並びに電話転送役務の提供に関わる法律(電気通信事業法、犯罪収益移転防止法)と本人確認(KYCおよびe KYC)に関するご知見をお持ちの方

• 大企業セグメントにおけるオンプレ/Cloud PBXについてのBusiness Development/Marketingのご経験
