JOB SUMMARY
My client, a highly stable firm with nearly $300 B AUM (voted ""Best Places to Work" by Pensions & Investments for over 10 years in a row) is seeking a Marketing Professional to join their New York-based marketing and proposal team.

The successful candidate will thrive in an environment where managing multiple projects under strict deadlines is the norm. They are seeking candidates with investment management/financial markets experience, especially those with knowledge of equities and/or retail mutual funds.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage quarterly/annual requests for the retail mutual fund and retail SMA business.
• Content Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates to language in the team’s content management system
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse network of experts throughout the Firm to ensure effective and timely response to even the most demanding inquiries.
• Project Management: Coordinate with—and manage—a network of internal constituents/SME's to ensure flawless and timely execution of projects.
• Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of new product developments in terms of structure, staffing, performance and competitive strengths.
• Branding: Understand and uphold high editorial standards to express Firm's voice with authority and consistency with the firm’s brand.
• Write and produce RFP/RFI/DDQs: Respond to institutional and retail RFPs, RFIs, and Consultant questionnaires.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience working within the asset management industry, ideally with exposure to RFP writing and equity investment products
• Clear understanding of institutional and retail asset management businesses
• Ability to manage and proactively build relationships with constituents around the Firm
