Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement promotional strategies to increase market presence and customer engagement.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Event Planning & Execution: Support the organization of events that boost brand awareness and foster customer relationships.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials across platforms, including social media, advertisements, and promotions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Work Eligibility in Japan: Must possess a valid work visa.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Tagalog and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing and content creation, with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Adaptability: Able to think outside the box and quickly adapt to changing environments.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms.
- Design Proficiency: Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a huge plus.
- Design Experience: A background in design is an added advantage.
