What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a Mass Market Account Executive in Tokyo to develop and maintain the customer in Japan. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skill and customer relationship skills. You will work with SMB and Commercial business clients(Employee counts of 11 ~ 2500) to provide them the right Zoom platform solutions.

About the Team
The dynamic Zoom Mass Market sales team in Japan delivers cutting-edge communication solutions to clients. They engage passionately with clients, focusing on strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach to expand Zoom's global presence. Their pivotal role ensures businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Have 7+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology Company
  
• Have business-level Japanese to communicate with local Japanese customers (+ this is a Tokyo-based role)
  
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoom info)
  
• Have a proven record in Sales achievement
  
• Possess BA/BS or equivalent experience
  
• Experience with UCaa S or platform sales is a bonus point

求めるスキル/ご経験

• 7年以上のテクノロジー企業でのアカウントエグゼクティブ（営業）経験
  
• 日本のお客様とコミュニケーションが取れるビジネスレベルの日本語スキル
  
• 顧客関係管理（CRM）ツールやその他のセールスアプリケーション（OutreachやZoom info）の使用経験
  
• 現在または過去在籍企業において営業実績をお持ちの方
  
• BA/BSまたは同等の経験
  
• UCaa Sやプラットフォーム製品の営業経験があれば尚可
