About the Team
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We work hard to make sure the platform is protected and able to provide the best experience for all of our users.

The Search and Account Safety Operations team will assume a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of Tik Tok's search and account domains, implementing operational processes, and overseeing day-to-day activities. By proactively addressing safety concerns and enhancing operational efficiency, the team will significantly contribute to Tik Tok's mission of providing a safe, smooth, and enjoyable search experience for users worldwide.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities

• Review complex and high-quality content for adherence to established guidelines and standards.
• Identify and escalate issues and trends related to the content reviewed.
• Ensure that content review is completed with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Continuously work towards improving the quality of the content review process through feedback and process optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest guidelines and standards, as well as new market trends and technologies.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team lead.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English and one of these languages (Indonesian, Latin Amarican Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Vietnam, Filipino, Thai, Japanese, Malay, Arabic) and in-depth understanding of market regional culture.
• Experience working with content review tools and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality.
