It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

About Evaluation and Investigation
ENG: Search Operation team mainly provides safety and non-safety search data for all of our products. We are committed to assisting R&D with algorithms iteration through a large amount of high-quality data, by providing objective evaluation and data analysis for improving user experience in search scenarios.
The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community.ffc

Search Operation Teamは、ユーザーの検索を分析し、検索戦略を最適化することで、ユーザーにとってポジティブで安全なユーザー体験を保証する重要な役割を果たしています。

Responsibilities / 業務内容
ENG

• Working in the search team to ensure key targets (e. g. productivity; efficiency; quality) are met in moderation work of search content ecosystem building.
• Conduct quality inspection and performance management of vendors, provide data feedback and optimize SOP to ensure the overall success of projects.
• Conduct case evaluations and other product operational duties, including but not limited to delivering evaluation guidelines, evaluation reports, data&product feature insights to drive project success.
• Support training and go-live process.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent level of Japanese language skill and business level above of English skill
• Knowledge about Tiktok and search engine, familiar with social media and video/streaming platforms.
• Deep understanding of local culture and familiarity with local users' online habits
• Good communication skills, experience in cross-team collaboration, eager to learn
• QA experience of moderation&evaluation project
• Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
