• 5+ years of experience in Office Management / Facility Management
• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English

• Health and security officer license
• Fire and disaster license (can be obtained after join the company)

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and regulation
• Should be native in Japanese and fluent in English and possess a deep understanding of global cross cultural

• • Procurement process including vendor management.
  • Maintain facility equipment for uninterrupted function including security system, liaison with building management and other vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure they run smoothly, including payment support, security card management, business cards printing, cleaning office etc.
  • Maintaining working environment including room temperature control, liaison with the building management for any activities to keep office environment quality.
  • Enable and improve system, process, SOP, operation flows by integration, migration, optimization.
  • Statutory activities and compliance management in EHS, ISO27001, various local regulation in business and office management area
  • Manage BCP Plan and Fire & Disaster Prevention Management
  • Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues.
  • Supports all in-house or off-site activities when required.
  • Facility Management coordination, Real estate operation management liaising with the landlords and vendors.
  • Real estate strategy and planning for Japan and its execution including office relocation, refurbishment, closure.
