About us:
Corpy & Co. (https://corpy.co.jp/) is a Deep AI Tech Startup with the mission to Save human lives and expand equality with AI. We research and develop AI systems for the manufacturing, mobility, and healthcare domains. We believe that in order to implement AI systems in mission-critical domains, AI systems must have a high degree of explainability, interpretability, quality control, and security. We use advanced XAI (explainable AI) and QAAI (quality assurance for AI) technologies to realize social implementation of AI technologies in mission-critical domains.
■Specific Duties
This position primarily involves research and development of autonomous mobile systems using simulation and deep reinforcement learning techniques for a highly important project within Corpy. Specific duties include:

• Designing, implementing, experimenting with, and evaluating deep reinforcement learning algorithms using simulation environments
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in deep reinforcement learning and world models
• Providing reports to stakeholders to communicate progress and results
• Effectively managing time and resources to deliver high-quality solutions

求める人材:
■Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in reinforcement learning and deep learning (approximately 2 years or more)
• Comfort with using English in work-related tasks (English proficiency at the time of hiring is not a requirement)

■Preferred Qualifications

• Ph D/MS or equivalent research and development experience in machine learning in fields such as computer science, statistics, or physics
• Practical experience in developing AI systems
• Practical experience in data science
• Proficiency in Japanese sufficient for client communication

給与:
固定残業代あり：年俸 ￥6,230,000 〜 ￥15,300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥143,000〜￥400,000（45時間相当分）を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
