1. Deliver prototypes, products, and documentation supporting customer orders, R&D, and service requirements to delight Voxa customers.
2. Translate ideas and system requirement specifications into engineering designs, software, and firmware driving physical prototypes and finished products.
3. Work with the team to produce rapid prototypes of novel concepts and customer requirements.
4. Verify and ensure clear communication on specifications and delivery timelines, across international lines.
5. Write reusable, modularized, maintainable code documented for current and future teammates to understand and collaborate on.
6. Design and execute rigorous test protocols to ensure function and integration meeting specifications.
7. Consistently execute and deliver technical projects on time.
8. Provide ongoing maintenance and refactoring of dynamic production codebases, with close integration with physical production hardware.
9. Identify, report, and manage project risk with team members and management.
10. Maintain stewardship and security of Voxa materials and workspaces, optimizing for organization and cleanliness of the work environment to ensure efficient generation of value for Voxa customers.
11. Provide real-time service support to customers in the field as needed.
