Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control (QC) of distribution and repackaging of sealants and other aerospace related product (55%)
Manage QC of product and process control. Manage verification of purchased bulk material and product, product in-process inspection and test, product final inspection and test. Manage and maintain Documents and Data Control. Maintain specifications of customers. Coordinate EHS. Support Production Department for saving cost projects.

2. Quality Management System and Certifications (30%)
Assist Representative Director (or Business Manager) of PPG Japan Ltd to ensure the Quality Policy and Quality Management System is implemented and effective. Manage and approve Quality Procedures, Work Instruction and Quality Forms. Manage and maintain Certifications of ISO9001:2008/AS9100C, NADCAP (AS7200), Being, (D1-4426) and MHI (MSJ4000) and Bombardier (BAMS 552-001, 002 can kit). Conduct internal audit. Draft monthly data of Business Operating System (BOS) to Representative Director (or Business Manager) of PPG Japan Ltd.

3. After-Sales Service and Technical Support (15%)
Visit customers to solve quality issues. Provide technical information and support to customers. Take and approve correction and preventive actions. Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey for Customer Service Team.
