KREATIVE BOUTIQUE is a dynamic media production company committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We specialize in creating high-quality content that helps businesses grow and connect with their audiences. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales/Business Development for a full-time role in Kuwait.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Understand client needs and tailor media production solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections.
- Manage various projects, develop business strategies, and identify new opportunities.
- Apply analytical skills and conduct market research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development and client management.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in media production or creative services).
- Strong understanding of the media production landscape in Kuwait and the Gulf region.
- Smart, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience in lead generation.
