We are looking for a focused, smart, and industrious Accountant to join our growing team. As an Accountant, you will provide vital support to the Finance Team to help streamline the company's financial processes.

- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Manage all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries on call/emails effectively.
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records.
- Keep updated budgets; able to handle monthly payroll disbursements and invoices and confirm expense vouchers and purchase orders.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Complete end of month closing procedures.
- Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of financial documents.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting
- Proven 3-5 years of work experience as an Accountant, or any similar role in Kuwait.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with Accounting softwares like SAP and Zoho Books.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality about company accounts.
- Able to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision.
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Strong critical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Should be open to visiting Corporate Clients for any discussion regarding financial discrepancy.

- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
