Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Manager to oversee our agriculture projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture management, focusing on nurseries and farm operations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for driving sustainable agricultural practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage agriculture projects from inception to completion.
Oversee nursery operations and farm management to ensure optimal productivity.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in agriculture project management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
