We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor to oversee agricultural operations in the Abdali Agricultural Area, Kuwait. The successful candidate will work in direct collaboration with Authority officials, ensuring seamless implementation of all contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between project teams and the Authority.
Supervise and monitor agricultural- machinery and equipment work in various plots and areas within Abdali.
Ensure the smooth execution of operations, following instructions and data provided by the Authority.

Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of the Abdali Agricultural Area and its agricultural plots.
· Proven minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical supervisory role in Agricultural Machinery and Equipment.
· Strong communication skills, fluent in Arabic.
· Ability to manage and oversee multiple teams and operations simultaneously.
