We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will play an essential role in designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, working closely with clients and team members to bring visions to life. This role requires a solid understanding of design principles, local building codes, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
Responsibilities:
Develop and create architectural designs for residential, commercial, or industrial projects as required.
Prepare detailed drawings, designs, and plans, ensuring they meet client specifications and project requirements.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project alignment with design specifications.
Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Use architectural software (e.g., Auto CAD, 3DMax Revit, Sketch Up) to create accurate and detailed project models.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural techniques and building materials.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
1-3 years of professional architectural design experience.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, 3DMax, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent visual and spatial awareness and a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients and team members.
Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
