Has Experience with Automotive Company. Accountable for the overall operations that the dealer has,
which includes the finances, sales inventory, vehicle services as well as team-building short-term and long-term business strategies.
They should possess excellent abilities in managing time, communicating, and analytical thinking along with determination and passion. Leadership and team building are essential to an effective sales team, therefore they must create an effective sales team that is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. The people in this position should be committed to a high standard when dealing with their customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Branch Manager Automotive Dealership with 3-5 years of experience
Main responsibilities are:
Oversee daily sales operations, monitor inventory, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth workflow in the dealership.
Lead and motivate the sales team, set sales targets, provide guidance and training, and conduct performance reviews.
Manage budgets, analyze financial data, control expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Ensure excellent customer experience, address customer concerns, handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, including understanding market trends, product offerings, and customer preferences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing an automotive dealership, including achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and meet sales objectives.
- negotiate deals, and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.
Salary: 600-800 KD
