As a Banquet Operations Manager, your role involves the comprehensive management of colleagues, guests, equipment, and areas within the Banqueting Department. Your responsibility is to uphold a structured and professional approach, applying advanced managerial skills to optimize the operations.

- Collaborate with the sales team to organize events based on monthly or annual forecasts, considering low and high demand periods.
- Ensure the timely setup of all banquet venues, adhering to service settings outlined in function sheets.
- Maintain a hands-on approach in organizing daily banquet events, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Implement and enforce the departmental training program, aligning with SOPs to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Attend Food & Beverage meetings, conduct briefings, and foster open communication among colleagues.
- Assist in the establishment and achievement of the banquet department's annual budget forecast, exercising constant control over operational costs.
- Conduct daily routine checks to verify completion of all mise en place.
- Prepare duty schedules and ensure an efficient workforce at all times.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
