As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple locations within Kuwait, ensuring efficient operations, consistent performance, and adherence to company standards. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, leading a team, driving sales, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:
As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple locations within Kuwait, ensuring efficient operations, consistent performance, and adherence to company standards. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, leading a team, driving sales, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple outlets/branches in Kuwait.
- Ensure consistent quality of service, compliance with company policies, and achievement of performance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maintain a high level of productivity and morale.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Develop and execute local marketing and business development strategies to drive growth.
- Foster a customer-centric culture to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing multiple branches or operations within Fashion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Kuwait as required.
