Salary: 320-350 KD
Visa Requirement: Visa 18 Normal or Small Project accepted
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Shuwaikh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through excellent communication skills in Arabic. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and thrive in a dynamic environment, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Update customer records accurately in the system.
- Follow up on customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions.
- Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and call-handling goals set by the company.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, with a positive attitude and work ethic.

Pay: KD320.000 - KD350.000 per month
