Dar AMA Consultant are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with strong knowledge of tendering processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing engineering projects, preparing technical and commercial bids, and ensuring project designs and proposals align with client requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, strong analytical skills, and expertise in preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements.
· Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
· Design and develop project plans, specifications, and layouts for engineering projects.
· Review project designs, specifications, and plans for accuracy and compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
· Utilize software like Auto CAD,and other engineering tools.
· Strong understanding of the tendering process, bid preparation, and project costing.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to write clear, concise proposals.
· Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in any field of Engineering
· Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong focus on tendering process.
· Willing to relocate in Kuwait
