Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for wedding Photos.
- Capture high-quality footage of key moments.
- Selection, Editing and Final Retouching/Editing of photos to be delivered to clients
- Deliver the final product in a timely manner using our methods of delivery (Dropbox/Shared Gallery Services), to meet the clients' expectations.
- Lead the Photography and coordinate with the video team during a wedding.
- Proven experience as a Photographer, preferably in weddings or other events.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
- Familiarity with various camera equipment, lighting, and editing software.
- Ability to setup Studio Photoshoots on remote locations (Wedding venues/Others)
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, Additional skills with softwares and client sharing gallery is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate to Kuwait.
- Extra: Ability to shoot on 35mm Cameras is a huge bonus.
- A competitive average salary above the market average, based on experience and qualifications.
- Commissions per event, in addition to the base salary. Amount based on experience.

- Photography: 5 years (Preferred)
