- Previous experience in a management or retail position.
- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Strong customer focus and decision-making skills.
- Strong Knowledge of the latest cosmetics and skin care products.
