POSITION SUMMARY

As such, we are looking for a F&C Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
As the F&C Supervisor, your role will be to ensure solid financial operations in the Operating Company (OPCs) by supporting the F&C Manager in the business decision-making, as well as sound accounting and reporting for the Country, while ensuring the highest standards for stewardship and governance.
A Day in the Life…
- Ensuring accurate, transparent, consistent and timely Financial Accounting records and reporting submissions, in full compliance with NAS and other corporate and legal standards. Maintain Balance Sheet integrity.
- Ensuring that effective internal controls are established, maintained and monitored throughout the company, and understood by all stakeholders.
- Support Management Accounting activities (including CCS, TTS, COGS and MOGE monitoring).
- Compliance with all company & local legal, tax and Audit requirements while optimizing structural set-up /risk profile.
- Work as One Team with NBS Cairo to manage stable and first time quality AP, AR and Accounting operations. Participate in route cause analysis and best practice improvement activities and close gaps. Effective relationship management with shared services to manage quality.
- Lead daily cash collection activities in coordination with salesteam & NBS
- Supervise local taxation activities and ensure correct and accurate take filing is done
What Will Make You Successful…
- CPA/University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Prior Accounting experience (e.g: Account Receivable, Account Payable, Accounting Operations)
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
- International experience and mobility is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and (Arabic an advantage)
