The requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
- Previous experience in Japanese cuisine
- Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
- Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail
- High level of experience working in busy sections
