Immediately Hiring HR Administrator/Secretary for a Hotel and Resort
Experience : 3+ Years
Preferably can speak read and write in Arabic fluently
Has Knowledge of all the Kuwait Labor laws and ministries
Requirements
Location: Bnied Al Gar
Working Hrs: 9 Hrs with 1 Hr Break (5 Days in a week)

Pay: KD350.000 - KD500.000 per month

Requirements
- Handle employee relations and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
